- Priyanka PeddintiOct, 22 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people are least considerate about customer’s preferences. We ordered a paneer dum biriyani and got a meat bone piece in the biriyani. We were unable to continue eating anything else. I understand sometimes mistakes happen. But they were least bothered to even apologize for the inconvenience.
Every customer has their own preferences/sentiments and food habits. You need to respect that or atleast apologize when something undesirable happened.
Absolutely AWFUL attitude!
